The past few weeks have been great to me. Sorry I have left you all in the dark, I promise to do better with sharing my adventures with you in a timely fashion. So where to begin?
In Vegas! I went with a group of friends to Las Vegas NV. It was an amazing time filled with a mixer of business and play. Went down with a group of 20 friends came back with more friends and contacts that I could have even imagined. I stayed at the lovely Paris Hotel (see review below) in a room with a beautiful view, a comfortable bed, and a really nice bathroom, lol. It was in a great location too. Right next to Planet Hollywood hotel where all of my business functions were, and across from the Bellagio, where I would sit watch the fountain show and secretly wish they were filming another Oceans movie and I would get a cameo in it lol. It really was an awesome trip. The hotel lobby was created to look like a town in Paris, a town filled with little crepe shops (which were amazing), and wall to wall casinos lol. I must say I didn’t do too bad on the slots. I made enough money to treat myself to Serendipity (see review below), which I will talk about later. Where I lost money was in the Paris Hotels nightclub Chateau! An amazing club with amazing music, staff and drinks. Talk about a great time. located under the mock Eiffel tower in the hotel. We partied ALL NIGHT! When I finally made it back to my room it was time to get ready to go to my meeting. Fun times with great people :).
So now to the Food!!!! prior to my trip to Vegas, a friend of mine gave me a list of places i should go to eat. I tried my very best to make it to all of these places but my stomach just wouldn’t allow me to eat anything else by day 3 lol. Now I mentioned Serendipity, a foodies dream, and I so happen to be just that. Located at 3570 S Las Vegas Blvd, Las Vegas, NV 89109. Man oh man, from the perfect hangover food to some great, and I mean GREAT sundaes and desserts. From Balsamic Strawberry cream waffles, to egg white & shrimp frittatas & deep fried Oreos. I could go on and on, but that’s only one stop on my food journey through Vegas. I also went to the Sugar Factory (see review below), where I indulged in their delicious and well sized drinks as well as their mouth watering desserts. I also went to La Creperie (see review below) located in the Paris hotel. Some honorable mentions are: Diego, L’atelier de Joel Robuchon, Aquaknox (great seafood), Blue Ribbon Sushi Bar & grill, and Twin peaks All of which had great food and amazing staff.
Vegas was tons of fun. Its amazing that I even accomplished any work while out there. Its an amazing thing when you can mix work with play. I wish I could tell you everything that happened in Vegas but you know the saying: Whatever happens in Vegas…………………………………………… Ends up on Facebook!
